Tapestry Project/Tapís

Segueix el fil.

Deixa’t portar per aquest fil que acabarà formant part d’un gran tapís, fruit d’infinites confluències. Un tapís que està teixit amb una gran tenacitat i il·lusió. Capaç d’enllaçar passions i anhels compartits.

Un tapís en el que el temps sembla aturar-se. Les hores passen, però totes elles, cada minut, cada segon, està capturat en la seva trama. Temps teixit.

No deixis anar el fil, i et veuràs abraçant el mateix ordit. Els nostres temps coincideixen i ja formes part d’aquest mateix tapís.

Exercici d’abstracció, aïllant de varies de les imatges de l’arxiu de fotografies del projecte #OneTreeaDay365days, el cablejat i altres elements que hi apareixien. D’aquest procés obtinc tot un entramat de línies que han estat traslladades en un gran tapís, en vermell.

El tapís esdevé la pantalla sobre la qual es projecten les mateixes imatges originals utilitzades anteriorment per abstraure el cablejat.

Les proves experimentals de tapís formen també part del projecte.

A tapestry in which time seems to stop. The hours pass, but all of them, every minute, every second, is captured in its plot. Time tissue.
Don’t let go of the thread, and you’ll see embracing the same warp. Our times coincide and we are already part of that tapestry.

Exercise of abstraction, isolating several of the images from the archive of photographs of the project #OneTreeaDay365days, mainly the wiring. From this process I got a whole network of lines that have been moved into a large tapestry, using red thread.

The Tapestry is the screen on which to project the same original images used above to map out the wiring.

Experimental tests of tapestry are also part of the project.
